Kelly Rooker
Kelly is a 2008 graduate of Rockford Career College and has been with WM since 2010. She enjoys performing all types of Massages and Body Treatments and loves going above and beyond a client's expectations. She is currently a team coach and the educational trainer of the Massage Department.
Jordon Skaff
Jordon began her Massage Therapist career in Arizona after graduating from Arizona School of Massage Therapy in 2007. She has been with WM since 2009 after moving to Rockford. Her interest in the human body led her to pursue Massage. This passion, and her daughter, are her motivations for success.
Marie Kiney
Marie's passion for holistic health and helping others learn the way the body heals itself, is why she chose her career as a Massage Therapist. She is hoping to one day further her education and obtain a Doula Certification. She has been with WM since 2010.
Gretchen DeVeirman
Gretchen graduated from The Holistic Center for Therapeutic Massage with a focus on Eastern and Alternative Bodywork. Her passion is to teach others to be educated and aware of their bodies and of the benefits of Massage Therapy. In addition, Gretchen is pursuing her Master's Degree in Herbology & Clinical Nutrition as well as a Holistic Health Practitioner's Degree.
Mindy Sager
Mindy joined WM in 2010. She is a 2008 graduate of Cortiva. A passion for natural healing through touch became her reason for choosing a Massage Therapy career. Her other passion for horses and Equine Massage come from having her own horse, an Arabian Stallion.

Laura Cardwell
Laura comes from a family of Barber's and Stylist's, growing up watching them and aspiring to be like them one day. She followed her dream and graduated from Educator's of Beauty in 2005. She has been with WM since 2006.
Adrienne Boykin
Adrienne graduated from Hair Professional's in Dekalb, IL in 2005. Her career at WM started in 2008 and she is currently a Team Coach and the Educational Trainer of the hair department. Along with keeping up with the current hair trends, her passion for makeup inspires her to excel in that as well. Adrienne also displays her creativity in her free time as a singer in a band, "The Crave".
Shannon Beard
Shannon is a 2010 graduate of Regency Beauty Institute and started her career with WM in 2010. She loves to work with people, make them feel great and look great too! Her motivation for a successful career and to keep learning is achieved by attending continuing education classes both in and outside of the salon. Her motivation outside of work is her husband and two daughters.
Blair James
Blair graduated from Regency Beauty Institute in 2010. She enjoys performing both hair and nail services. Her love for hair and her outgoing personality ensure a great service and relationship with her guest's. She has been with WM since August 2010.
Rachel Peters
Rachel loves doing hair and the excitement of meeting new people everyday and doing all different types of haircoloring and haircuts. She graduated from Regency Beauty Institute in 2010 and been with WM since 2010 also.
Mimi Phetvixay
Mimi's childhood love of playing with her doll's hair inspired her to become a hairstylist. Her college career transitioned into getting a cosmetology license in 2005, which she obtained from First Class Cosmetology. Her daily motivators are her daughter and her parents. She has been with WM since 2010.

Caroline Wright
Caroline has been with WM since 2002 and is the educational director of the skin care department and also a team coach. Her love of receiving relaxing facial treatments and the benefits they have, inspired her to turn it into a career, leaving an unforgettable experience for her guest's.
Serena Carpenter
Serena is a 2005 graduate of Educators of Beauty and has been with WM since. She enjoys performing all skin and nail services, however, she takes a special interest in waxing and serious skincare services. Her motivation and passion for success is her son.
Trisha Lester
Trisha graduated from Educators of Beauty in 2003 and has been with WM since 2006. She loves both the beauty and relaxing aspects of a spa treatment in that she can enhance their outer beauty which in turn makes them feel good too.

Jessicamarie Hoeft
Jessicamarie has been with WM since 2009. She is most passionate about the importance of wellness. She understands that wellness should be regular part of everyone's lives, because "you deserve it." Jessicamarie LOVES our salon! She loves changing her hairstyle to fit her mood and style, which changes from day to day! Her favorite part of working at WM is the guests and her fellow team members! Guests make her day when they've had an excellent service and tell her all about it!
Agata Krzton
Agata has been with WM for a year now! Agata is currently attending a local community college in pursue of her Associates Degree. She loves guiding guests to their correct skincare, haircare, or bodycare regime because she knows that it makes people look and feel good about themselves! When Agata is not working she loves to travel!
Betsy Corona
Betsy has been with WM for almost 2 years! She is our Assistant Manager. Betsy loves to receive ALL services, its too hard for her to pick her favorite! Betsy has ended the Aveda Institute to further her Customer Service and Retail Education skills. In Betsy's downtime she loves to read and scrapbook!
Brittany Hall
This is Brittany's first year with WM and is officially a "product junkie!" She LOVES trying the newest and latest products. She truly has passion for the beauty industry and all the amazing products that come with it! Brittany is currently enrolled in a local college to become an Elementary School Social Worker. When Brittany isn't working she loves riding horses! She says, "You only live once, might as well make the most of it!"

This is Adrianne's first year at WM and she is loving every minute of it! Her favorite part of her job is the positive interaction with guests and her teammates. She is most passionate about wellness. She says when people look good and feel good, they share the wellness and good attitude. Adrianne loves getting her hair done and says its a huge confidence booster when you look in the mirror at the end! She believes that happiness is the best motivation!
