WM DaySpa Salon offers a guaranteed salary plus bonuses and allows tips. WM consultant salaries increase an average of 20% per year during the first three years of employment. The starting average compensation package for consultants is over $30,000.00 annually.

Hair Designers must hold an Illinois Cosmetology License.

Massage Therapist must be Illinois State Licensed.
